Curriculum
At Global Tots Academy, we are committed to providing a high-quality early childhood education that blends the best of research-based practices and innovative teaching methods. Our curriculum is designed and implemented by highly educated and experienced staff who are passionate about nurturing young minds. We incorporate a STEM-focused approach, encouraging curiosity and critical thinking through hands-on exploration in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Our play-based learning model allows children to develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills in a fun and engaging environment. We adhere to the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) standards, ensuring that our curriculum meets and exceeds the highest benchmarks for early childhood education. Our goal is to provide an enriching, well-rounded learning experience that prepares children for future academic success while fostering a lifelong love of learning.
Parent involvement
We maintain an Open-Door Policy that encourages parents to visit, observe, and participate in their child’s daily activities at any time. Our goal is to create transparency and trust between families and our staff.
• Parents are welcome to drop in and observe their child’s class without prior notice.
• We encourage parents to participate in classroom activities, read stories, lead special projects, or share their expertise.
• Open communication is encouraged between staff and families to address any concerns or ideas that enhance the learning experience
